U.S. Senate Candidate Chuck DeVore — Ever the Optimist

I have a path to victory in the Tuesday Republican Primary.

But I need your urgent help right now to make it happen.

All I’m asking for is just 5 minutes of your time today and 5 minutes of your time tomorrow.

What I need you to do is so simple and so easy – yet it will likely be the difference between victory and defeat.

Here’s where we stand:

Over the weekend we received strong indications that voter turnout is going to be a RECORD LOW.

As of Friday, only 22% of vote-by-mail ballots had been returned.

What that means is all of the polls you see right now are DEAD WRONG – they are based on faulty turnout models of moderate to high turnout and they completely and totally fail to capture where the grassroots energy is.

This election is going to come right down to the wire and victory or defeat is going to be based on which campaign gets their voters to the polls.

Where do the campaigns stand with their ground game?

—   Tom Campbell has no ground game and has effectively conceded defeat. He is quickly becoming an afterthought.

—  Carly Fiorina has no ground game – she has paid television ads which can be effective in swaying opinions but aren’t effective in moving people to the polls. Her support is the proverbial “mile wide and an inch deep.” Will her voters show up on Tuesday? It sure doesn’t look like it.

—  My support, however, has always been about you.  I’ve got more volunteers than the other two campaigns combined, I’ve had hundreds of sign-wavers out in force over the last several days, and we’ve made over a hundred thousand of volunteer calls since Saturday.   My campaign has been focused on the ground game since Day 1. We’ve planned for this moment.

We’ve got the team. We’ve got the plan. Now we are implementing.
