   3 pairs for $51.39? 4 pairs for $75.27? Really?

   At those prices I am pretty positive that you either didn’t buy the espadrilles from Urban Outfitters OR you bought something ELSE from Urban Outfitters that needed to be re-sewn by the cobbler, but made a number of significant typing errors when identifying whatever the faulty merchandise was to make it appear erroneously as espadrilles.

   Howsomever, as Pogo used to say, I WILL boycott Urban Outfitters if you say so — for one thing, it’s a LOT easier to do without UO than it is to do without Target;o(

   Oooh, you buy stuff in France! That’ll show’em.

   No wonder you didn’t get a response. Good journalism and effective complaint letters don’t follow the same path.

   IE: You had no “ask” to conclude your letter.

   What did you expect back? An apology?

   Not gonna happen…
