It’s either the number of cell phones that China will have to eat or it’s the odds against getting a tax increase. 40% and 2000 refer to past presidential campaigns.

This is nothing more than the long version of gung hey fat choy (happy new year for those of you unversed in rosetta). You see, the 500,000 green jobs that moonbeam has promised will all come to fruition in China, the single largest repository of rare earth minerals needed for photovoltaic construction and the friendliest manufacturing environment in the world. The 48,000 reference is what the 2 trillion dollar California gross domestic product is worth in chinese dollars …
