   Happy to loan you my dictionary which defines home as:

   a house, apartment, or other shelter that is the usual residence of a person, family, or household.

   Apartment homes next to town homes, which might be near apartment houses. What is in a name. I am sure the developer thinks a nice title will bring in big bucks.
